🧺 ABOUT THE TRADITION
Święconka is one of the most beautiful Polish Easter traditions. On Holy Saturday, the faithful bring baskets filled with food — bread, salt, eggs, sausage, horseradish, and babka (Easter cake) — to the church for the priest's blessing.
After the blessing, the food is shared with family at the Easter breakfast on Sunday morning.
