This is Świątek's SEVENTH consecutive win over Kasatkina — she owns this head-to-head! After dropping the first set 5-7, Iga shifted gears and absolutely dominated sets 2 and 3, losing only 2 games combined.
Świątek entered Doha as the TOP SEED, replacing injured world #1 Aryna Sabalenka. She's looking to win her 4th Doha title!
